Terms and Conditions - If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can reject them within 8 days following delivery.
- Special Delivery Requests. If we send something and make special arrangements for next day delivery, in the event the item is returned we will not refund the cost of the special delivery.
- For all Lead Weight, Pirks and Large Lead Head orders. The website cannot calculate the weight of these goods and will therefore not charge the correct price when ordering these heavy goods. Ordering without checking the cost first will simply delay despatch of your order. In the event that you DO order without contacting us, we will send a Paypal Money Request for the additional postage cost, once paid we can despatch your order. We will NOT pay the additional postage required or despatch the goods until the payment is made. Postage Charge can be checked by logging onto www.royalmail.com Price Check. Enter the weight of the goods you have ordered and choose LARGE PACKET then check the price for a STANDARD PARCEL.
- PLEASE NOTE, FOR EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £4.80 TO COVER THE COST OF 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' SERVICE FROM ROYAL MAIL. This will only apply when Royal Mail is used.
- Due to the ever fluctuating price of lead, lead prices may increase at any time, they can also decrease.
